I've Been Here! WHERE you been!? & to show how bad I feel for neglecting you I'll add a "wanna Be a Cinnabon" recipe!

OK sooooo I might have been really remiss on my "bloggin" duties!

Sorry! I hope your not mad at me!

I really don't have an excuse EXCEPT...

Remember my cute new camera I get for my B-day!?
WELLL I can not figure out how come?...why come?...
what ever, any way it will not let me down load my new pictures
onto my home computer!

SHILO was supposed to come over & help figure it out & she won't!

So as soon as I figure it out I will show you what I have been up too!

So I am super excited for FALL!

I love it it!
I am going to put up my work display soon, hopefully on Sept 12th or soon after.

MY girl, Nichole has already promised to help!

I have my Halloween costume KINDA "planned" out!?
It's not engraved in stone yet, so if you can think of anything let me know.

Any Ideas for me?
What do you think I should go as?
I LOVE this set up from a "reputable company" in other words I can't remember where I found it! If I remember I will totally give them credit! I love it & want to do my Halloween center piece like this!

MEanWHILE:
I discovered this recipe I am so
IN LOVE with!
I have gotten the best kisses from my hubby for making him these cinnamon rolls!

I think you should all try it!

It's super easy AND best of all it is sooooo GOOD!

If you LOVE Cinnamon rolls or the good ol' "Cinnabon" Cinnamon rolls, then these are for you!
I have done them OVER & over AND have not had a bad bunch yet!

I mixed them in my Kitchen-aid & I'm out of the kitchen in 30 minutes to let them rise!

Wanna be a "Cinnabon" cinnamon roll recipe:

1/2 cup warm water

2 Pkgs Dry yeast packets

2 Tlbs water

Place the yeast in a bowl with the sugar & water, allow time to activate.

1 (3.5 oz) box INSTANT Vanilla Pudding

1/2 cup melted butter

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

8 1/2 cups flour

Filling:

1/2 cup melted butter(another one)

2 cups brown sugar

2 heaping Tlb. Cinnamon

In a kitchen -aid make the pudding as directed on the package.Mix until slightly thickened.

Add the eggs, butter, salt & 1/2 the flour. Mix until blended. Add the yeast water/sugar mixture. Slowly add the rest of the flour & continue to mix with your bread paddle until the dough is sticky & smooth.

Place in a draft free place until double in size, about 1 hour.

Punch down & grease your cookie sheet lightly & mix the Brown sugar & the cinnamon together.

Roll out the dough into a 34"x 21" rectangle & spread with the rest of the melted butter.

Sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar on top of that & roll LONG ways.

With a piece of thread or fishing wire, place under the roll & Coriss cross the string & pull together to cut a roll about every 2" apart.

Place the rolls on a lightly greased cookie sheet until ALMOST touching each other.

Let rise again until double.

IF you want a slight yummy topping mix up some more brown sugar & cinnamon & sprinkle on top now.

Bake in a 350 oven for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.

Remove from oven let cool & frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting or I like just plain butter cream frosting.

OK NOW the ROSIEISEMUS:

These will be SUPER stickY! BUT if you place them on a HEAVILY floured counter & "knead" the sticky away a bit, IT is aLOT easier to handle!

Don't let BREAD recipes intimidate you!

YOUR the boss! JUST beat(knead)it into submission! (you can't really OVER knead as much as you can over FLOUR! that is what makes bread tough!)

You tell that dough what is UP!

good luck & wish me luck!

UPDATE:
Just found out my son-in-law the computer GENIUS is come to visit & he can fix or at least TELL my computer what is UP!!!
YEAH!!
